The RM of Grayson is primarily an agricultural farming area but we are seeing some exciting new changes. Since our historical land values have been lower than many other areas of the west, we are starting to see a second wave of people moving into the area that are specializing more into cattle operations along with grain.

Our secret economic asset is tourism in the Qu’Appelle Valley. This is likely the fastest growing part of our economy. The RM of Grayson is a member of the south Parkland Regional Economic Development Authority and as a result we offer a lot of assistance to any new business development in our region.

We are open minded and will try to assist with any business ideas that you may have. The Rural Municipality of Grayson also has up to date zoning bylaws that help simplify decisions for new development.
